- Membership Fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be reversed. If you wish to discontinue, you must notify Living Water in person or online 5 days prior to your renewal payment. No refunds will be given for any portion of membership fees.
- Membership is only available through automated credit card payments. Monthly Membership will automatically renew on the same day each month. Annual Membership will renew on the same day each year. Membership pricing may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
In addition to our regular stated hours, we are closed on rain/snow days, when the roads are wet, or for occasional maintenance. We are closed on Sundays.
- Each membership is for one specific vehicle. Ride-Share (Uber/Lyft, etc), commercial, or commercially used/labeled vehicles are not eligible. Please ask about our Ride-Share/Commercial membership. Family pricing is only for same-household family members using one credit card. You must keep a valid email address on file with Living Water Car Wash.
- Membership may require employee installation of an RFID tag inside your windshield. Using an RFID sticker in the wrong vehicle or any other fraud will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
- Membership allows up to one wash per vehicle, per day. If our equipment didn’t wash your vehicle properly the first time, we are happy to wash it again upon request.
- We reserve the right to discontinue your membership for any reason. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice, and your participation in the membership program is subject to the current rules. Any updates will be published on the membership website page.
